This policy applies to all levels of management within the association, including the Board of Directors, the Executive Management, staff, volunteers, and all entities associated with the association in its projects or programs.

Second: Purpose of Disclosure

To clarify the association’s organizational structure to regulatory bodies, beneficiaries, and donors.

To emphasize that all committees operate on a temporary basis with a specific objective and timeframe.

To enhance transparency and accountability in the association’s operations.

Third: Procedures for Forming Temporary Committees

A committee is formed for a specific task or project by a decision of the Board of Directors or the Executive Management.

The committee’s term, objectives, powers, and the responsibilities of its members are clearly defined.

Upon completion of the task or project, the committee is dissolved, and its work is documented in the association’s records.
