Disclosure of Family Relationships

The Artaq Association for Memorizing the Holy Quran in Al-Kharj is committed to ensuring integrity and transparency in all its dealings and decisions, including administrative, financial, employment, and volunteer operations. This policy aims to regulate the disclosure of any family relationships or kinship ties among employees, board members, volunteers, or any party that may influence decision-making within the association, in order to avoid any potential conflict of interest.

First: Scope of Application
This policy applies to all members of the association, including employees, volunteers, board members, and any party associated with the association whose decisions may be influenced by family or kinship ties.

Second: Definition of Family Relationship
A family relationship is defined as any direct or indirect kinship, including:

Spouse

Parents and children

Siblings

Second-degree relatives (such as uncles/aunts) Third: Disclosure Mechanism

All individuals covered by this policy are required to disclose in writing any family relationship that may affect the objectivity of their decisions or the performance of their duties.

Disclosure must be submitted upon appointment, joining the position or board, or upon the discovery of any new family relationship.

All disclosures will be kept strictly confidential by the relevant department.
