Fundraising Policy

The Fundraising Policy is the regulatory framework adopted by the Artaq Association for Memorizing the Holy Quran in Al-Kharj to organize and manage donations in a manner that ensures transparency, credibility, and compliance with applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This policy aims to clarify the mechanisms adopted for collecting monetary and in-kind donations, whether through field campaigns, online platforms, or community partnerships, while emphasizing adherence to Islamic values ​​and ethical principles at all stages of the donation process. The policy also defines the responsibilities of those responsible for fundraising, the guidelines for announcing campaigns, and the mechanisms for documenting donations and issuing official receipts to donors.
